After one service visit to any Porsche Centre in China, you will be invited to participate in a Service Satisfaction Survey (SSS). This is conducted once a year to understand your experience with your car and our service, and you may also take this opportunity to update your contact information in case of any change.
The survey can be completed online or via pre-paid return mail, and take no more than 10 minutes. The results will play a key role in the future improvement of our products and services. Please note that at all times, we will treat your personal information with the strictest confidentiality.
