The first Porsche Sports Driving School event in Mainland ChinaEvent in Mainland China

Shanghai, 4th June, 2006 – The first Porsche Sports Driving School event in Mainland China was organized with success at the Shanghai International Circuit on 3rd and 4th June. Over 30 Porsche owners from Shanghai and Hangzhou in China had the unique opportunity to learn and experience the fundamentals of driving the finest of sports cars.

The objective of the Porsche Sports School is to provide participants with a knowledgeable understanding of their own Porsche cars. This includes learning how to maintain control of their Porsche even under extreme driving conditions. All participants leave with enhanced driving skills, and better understanding of their cars from this exciting one day event. With the help of Michelin and Mobil, participants also have the opportunity to learn more about tyres and oil. A team of specially trained Porsche instructors provide a full day of training, implementing both practice and theory. The Porsche Sports Driving School also offers different levels of courses to suit the needs of different Porsche owners.

Porsche Sports Driving School made an impressive debut in Mainland China and warmly welcomed all Porsche owners. As expected, the event has received countless positive feedback from participants. Due to its success, Porsche Sports Driving School will now be held at various locations in Mainland China on a regular basis – such as Beijing late this summer.
