PCA complies with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988. In relation to the responsible collection, use retention and disclosure of personal information.

In the normal course of business PCA only collects the personal information required to conduct business between a client and PCA. We use it to inform our clients of the introduction of new products and product services, the availability of Porsche Lifestyle events and warranty and technical information.

The information is stored in a private and secure database, only accessible by appropriate employees of PCA. This information is regularly updated by PCA personnel.

We do not disclose or forward any details kept on this database to any third party other than our mailing house, which is bound by a confidentiality agreement. They do not store information sent to them and return complete data files upon conclusion of each mail out.

Our clients always have the right to have their details either removed from our mailing list, or corrected.
