Porsche Roadside Assist includes the following services:
- Breakdown and accident assistance
Breakdown assistance at the scene of the incident (e.g. battery failure, lack of fuel, keys locked in vehicle). - Assistance and recovery
Recovery and towing of the vehicle to the nearest Official Porsche Centre following a breakdown. - Vehicle storage
Assumption of the costs for vehicle storage (until repair or return transportation). - Vehicle key service
Organisation and dispatch of spare key in case of loss during travel (limit to the value of $150). - Hire car
Provision of a hire car for up to 5 days in case the vehicle cannot be restored to a roadworthy condition within 24 hours. - Overnight hotel accommodation
If the vehicle cannot be restored to a roadworthy condition after a breakdown, hotel accommodation is paid for 1 night and taxi or public transport expenses are reimbursed (limit to the value of $150).
The warranty is valid for one year. It is valid worldwide and can be used at any Official Porsche Centre. If you wish, you can extend the warranty by another year and it is a condition that the vehicle is checked over by no earlier than eight weeks before the warranty period expires but no longer than 7 days after the expiry.
